Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, perfect for a family of 4, but somewhat stuffy and cheaply converted. The service is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to provide information and fulfill requests. The location is beautiful, with easy access to the falls of falloch and a variety of wildlife. The dining experience is delightful, with delicious breakfast served with care. While the facilities are well-cared for, the hotel is somewhat remote and difficult to find.
I had a lovely time at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and incredibly friendly staff. The dining experience could be improved with more variety, but the well-maintained pool area was enjoyable. The value for money was good overall.
The hotel felt like a welcoming home with friendly hosts, delicious evening meals, and breathtaking views of Loch Ness. The rooms need refurbishment but offer comfort with soft Egyptian cotton sheets and a quality power shower. The location, although isolated, provides a serene and beautiful setting with great walks and interesting features to explore. The dining experience was very good with tasty, freshly made meals directly from Elli's kitchen.
